Onyly  about  ten  percent  of  thoae  diagnosed  are  willing  to  make  the  donation.

If  diagnosed  please  make  that  call  and  fill  out  the  paper  work  once  it  has  been  received. Make  those  around  you  know  the  end  of  life  wishes.
