Remembering Fred this morning... He loved the 4th!! Posting a few pics of our Honeymoon. We went to Disneyworld for 3 days and then did a 4 day Disney Cruise... That was done around the 4th, 2002... I look at those pics and remember how lucky I was to find him. 😘

Discovered yet another empty challah bag on the couch this morning. Third loaf pilfered by Sir Louie Fine Lewin in as many weeks. We spend ridiculous amounts of money on his fish based diet to control his allergies and, in the dark of night, he sabotages his food plan. Beginning to think my dog has an eating disorder.

Being a bit of a history buff, I can't but think of those brave men who penned their names to the Declaration of Independence more than 200 years ago to forge this great nation. Men of vision (who were supported by equally brave women of vision) who were creating the greatest country on Earth. And for those brave souls during the Civil War who fought to keep this country ONE nation. Proud to be an American.

The cats don't like the fireworks going off around the neighborhood, the older one Romeow is hiding and the little one Scout is completely wrapped around my neck with his face buried in my hair,, NOT comfortable but if I move I get clawed, SMH

Morning came way to early as I ended up getting to bed way to late, After I signed off, went outside because the fireworks were way to loud and couldn't fall asleep As I was sitting on the porch a police car comes by and shines its spotlight on me, then they stop and come over to me ( I am thinking what the ?/) they asked me if I was the person who called them about a homeless person living in our garage, NOpe it wasn't me
It seems in the apartment next store a homeless woman has been sleeping in the garage and living in it and using the area next to our garage as her bathroom
the Police found her and took her away, I pray that they give this woman the help she need
Now I need to get ready for work
